1. Eligibility: Our Simply Guaranteed promise applies to all regularly stocked items purchased directly from Pierson Supply.
  2. Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  3. What’s Covered:
    • You received the wrong item
    • Your product arrived damaged or defective
    • The product doesn’t perform as described or as intended for normal use
  4. What’s Not Covered:
    • Custom or special orders (unless defective or damaged)
    • Products that have been altered, modified, or used outside of the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines
    • Normal wear and tear
  5. How to Start a Claim:
    • Email us at sales@piersonsupply.cltv8.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
    • If a return or pickup is required, we’ll coordinate the details.
    • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
