- What’s Not Covered:
- Custom or special orders (unless defective or damaged)
- Products that have been altered, modified, or used outside of the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines
- Normal wear and tear
- How to Start a Claim:
- Email us at sales@piersonsupply.cltv8.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If a return or pickup is required, we’ll coordinate the details.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
